- By using Anonymous-Proxy-Server.Net products and services, you agree to terms of this user agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Anonymous-Proxy-Server.Net. You certify that you are using the Anonymous-Proxy-Server.Net for a lawful, worthy, and ethical purpose. You assume all responsibility for the consequences and results of your use of Anonymous-Proxy-Server.Net. Anonymous Internet access services must be used for legitimate purposes only. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or portion of these terms of service to be unenforceable, the remainder of these terms of service will continue in full force and effect.

To use the third-party software, you must agree to the terms and conditions imposed by the third party provider and the agreement to use such software will be solely between you and the third party provider. By downloading third party software, you acknowledge and agree that the software is provided on an "AS IS" basis without warranty of any kind. In no event shall AnyBizSolution be liable for claims or damages of any nature, whether direct or indirect, arising from or related to any third-party software downloaded through the Anonymous-Proxy-Server.Net.
3. Refund Policy
- AnyBizSolution must receive all requests for refunds sent by email to support@anonymous-proxy-server.net or by filling up and submitting web form at [Contact us . . . »] web page within 7 days after purchase. If your request is sent within 7 days from the purchase date and you have not used your account for the purposes of sending "hate mail", "spam", "bulk mail", "death threats", or any other annoying, illegal, or any other annoying, illegal, or offending Internet activities you will be granted a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
- Refunds will be considered if received within 7 days from the purchase date and will be considered for technical problems resulting in you not being able to use the Anonymous-Proxy-Server.Net. Customer support must receive notification of the problem and be given the opportunity to fix the problem within a reasonable time frame before a refund will be considered.

4. Service Cancelation
- You will be able to cancel Anonymous-Proxy-Server.Net subscription at any time. Cancellation requests should be sent by email to support@anonymous-proxy-server.net or by filling up and submitting web form at [Contact us . . . »] web page. Cancellation request should contain the account username and email address used for the subscription. If applicable, Customer will receive a refund for any prepaid access term (greater than one month) not yet used. Customer is responsible for all fees up to the date of termination of the service.
